The information we receive diuring an order is completely confidential and only GTE Europe will have access to the data.

- GTE Europe is not responsible for changes to the specifications or characteristics of the products or when a product shown in the catalogue has been discontinued without prior warning by the manufacturer.

- The photographs which illustrate the products do not enter into the contractual domain and cannot give rise to any form of obligation on the part of GTE Europe.

- GTE Europe communicates and publishes, at all times and unilaterally, all price adjustments of the products and services offered on its website. To guarantee price security for the client, the client´s products will be priced at the rate published in the publicity material at the point of completing the order.

NOTE: Deliveries of large volume goods such as couches, display cabinets, etc. do not include services for carrying upstairs.
Prices do not include installation nor assembly of products.
Prices do not include expenses charged by customs for deliveries to destination zones outside the Italy not local taxes within the destination zone.

The prices which appear on the Web are valid except where typing errors or price adjustments have occurred and are exclusive to orders made on the Web.
Installation of the products not included.

The prices shown in the pages of this website are quoted excluding taxes and transport.

In all other countries IVA will not be charged and delivery expenses and import taxes will be the responsibility of the client.

• Refunds for breakages during transportation:
We will accept complaints and offer refunds for breakages within the 24 hour period following arrival of the goods. The company GTE Europe does not assume responsibility beyond this time period.

The cancellation of any order which has been processed and is consequently being manufactured or imported will incur all related expenses such as transportation, customs etc.
For payment with bank transfer, a percentage of 10% of the total cost originally quoted will be deducted to cover bank charges.
